To provide customer assistance regarding repairs, upgrades, installations, and operation of product, performs basic functionality testing on units, as well as diagnosing, conducting minor repairs and cleanings.

9 L: P, x, X1 {* y6 l# b  {, vResponsible for providing customer assistance regarding repairs, upgrades, installations, and operation of products.
Completes appropriate paperwork and ships and receives product.
4 Y3 [8 g+ {. o$ D' [- m  qResponsible for performing basic functionality testing on units as well as diagnosing/conducting minor repairs and cleanings
