We are seeking a positive and energetic individual to join our well established accounting and front office business team. The successful candidate must be reliable, self-motivated, possess good judgement and be capable of managing and prioritize tasks in abusy environment. 7 V V( B# ?9 t2 U: M) x# c V
Job Type: Part-time Start from Jan. 01, 2019 # m2 r/ {$ _- q) \7 u4 f
Qualifications or Skills Required:
. p& ] @( `7 v7 }7 T- Must be mature and possess good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with visitors, tenants and landlords
- Read, write, verbal and communicate effectively in English and Chinese,
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and deal with multi-task,
- Plan, organize, and arrange work and work under strict time constraints,
- Strong background and confidence in working with data and numbers,
- Working knowledge of office procedures, Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word, Sage 50, etc…),
- Post journal entries,
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements,
- Prepare trial balance of books,
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports,
- Previous experience working with a database
- Extensive knowledge of handling cash and check and settlements
