We are seeking a positive and energetic individual to join our well-established accounting and front office business team. The successful candidate must be reliable, self-motivated, possess good judgment and be capable of managing and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Start from June. 05, 2019

Qualifications and Skills Required:

& S- [) {: {7 I) S% _8 D/ q9 W

• Must be mature and possess good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with  visitors, tenants, and landlords,
• Read, write, verbal and communicate effectively in English and Chinese,
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and deal with multi-task,
• Plan, organize, and arrange work and work under strict time constraints,
• Strong background and confidence in working with data and numbers,
• Working knowledge of office procedures, Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word, Sage 50, etc…),
• Post journal entries,
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements,
• Prepare trial balance of books,
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports,
• Previous experience working with a database
• Extensive knowledge of handling cash and check and settlements
