Area Supervisor (London, ON)
) E' k. `) I" m2 }The Area Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned Sushi Bars in their assigned region which
5 ]3 ]7 m- @4 r) b) I4 p# Iincludes London and around areas. This includes developing, supervising, and ' b7 L' |0 K6 q! `4 \' r! O/ h6 O  ]
coaching team members to ensure the highest levels of product quality and guest service standards are : h1 A$ p' z9 j5 i$ P/ M( L8 r5 u* @

Responsibilities
) y2 l: X4 `: K• Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of assigned locations
" j3 J: ?+ r* z2 Zincluding people management, food safety, guest services, sales and food quality7 ^1 s6 U) j# t" E% W
• Accountable for recruiting, training, development and motivating hourly teammates.
0 @( E3 d4 @: b& N% \• Daily store visits and monitoring of kiosks to ensure they are compliant with Bento regulatory
( f; u8 Q( [2 a- @0 k5 Urequirements including quality assurance and food safety, health and safety standards and 9 j0 X( P1 T/ `9 A5 l, W
ensuring all required corrective action is taken promptly.2 {! j0 N1 z  e. Z
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with store management and third-party
1 `! O$ p$ F3 e$ Nauditors.8 M- W* f% w9 N
• Execution of new store openings and implementing new product/program roll outs.
; O2 s- Q6 ]5 X3 a7 ^+ Q• Ensure that the labor and production plans are regularly amended to maximize profitability for % @! I+ g0 _6 k# \" f
each location through a combination of sales optimization and waste control.
7 M- \# S5 l3 C% y& @• Ensure Daily Production Reports, payroll, checklists, and reports are completed accurately for
. G* `* i# k8 z. D6 uoperational matters.
% X9 V  k$ J! m, B, R0 j• Monthly inventory counts, Quality Assurance and Bento Compliance Audits.1 M4 Z% {. R4 E( @  a7 u
• Additional duties as assigned.
- x. W: Q# I2 u6 y+ o& lQualifications+ {, E( o+ l% M0 H, A
• Minimum 1 year of food service management experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment., M( B9 T4 [: b) }
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.- }% }1 }/ U& Y8 o. ]) N7 W7 E+ t, D
• Ability to travel within an assigned region and with a flexible schedule to accommodate ; O! Q" l* X) V$ K, r- T$ [
operational needs.
! K" r6 {" R0 u2 k" s0 t2 ^9 |• Valid driver's license.4 l, ?& N6 @4 M6 y
• Have strong communication skills in both oral and written English.
