The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. + S* f2 J( g/ ~5 c7 m% V
& m" }$ f- m1 G J3 w7 p( s5 nJob Responsibilities:
( g/ z' [ z4 s4 J |$ d- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. ( P$ D9 c$ v2 ~: i# \; h/ [8 Y% U
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
% \4 w! I+ B* {) g0 {- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
. G+ h* R m) d' M2 i" X- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk , n8 m9 e! Q) q6 F
- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.

Qualifications:

- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends

- Ability to work in a team
