We are seeking a positive and energetic individual to join our well-established accounting and front office business team. The successful candidate must be reliable, self-motivated, possess good judgment and be capable of managing and prioritize tasks in a busy environment. 2 H5 j$ |4 X. y8 U" i# H4 S" T

# j; c+ m' }5 P2 R7 \Qualifications and Skills Required: 5 H, U& Y `4 t1 K/ N, y
- Must be mature and possess good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with visitors, tenants, and landlords,
- Read, write, verbal and communicate effectively in English and Chinese,
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and deal with multi-task,
- Plan, organize, and arrange work and work under strict time constraints,
- Strong background and confidence in working with data and numbers,
- Working knowledge of office procedures, Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word, Sage 50, etc…),
- Post journal entries,
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements,
- Prepare trial balance of books,
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports,
- Previous experience working with a database
- Extensive knowledge of handling cash and check and settlements: ]% C! T x5 y& }2 L
