Area Supervisor (London, ON)% j* V$ B5 n/ W" b$ M" N
The Area Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned Sushi Bars in their assigned region which : f  e1 k9 ^5 [
includes London and around areas. This includes developing, supervising, and ' r6 W0 D, n, M% q" f$ L
coaching team members to ensure the highest levels of product quality and guest service standards are " j/ U8 X" z6 l2 U: Q& s
achieved.5 n! J; b) y- m" A# u9 E
Responsibilities
1 O/ Q9 j1 ], n% X/ ]• Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of assigned locations
1 @, |9 s$ k) U% \* ?- T2 ?% Rincluding people management, food safety, guest services, sales and food quality
, p% z: A, _% M8 i! c4 b5 [• Accountable for recruiting, training, development and motivating hourly teammates.
$ C5 ]& Y9 i- d4 @7 }# V/ Z• Daily store visits and monitoring of kiosks to ensure they are compliant with Bento regulatory 8 ?5 v" ~9 K6 b7 j8 M; u: O
requirements including quality assurance and food safety, health and safety standards and % a+ H0 g, w# v" _6 ~
ensuring all required corrective action is taken promptly.
1 [5 z6 r1 ^" M• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with store management and third-party ; c( s1 P7 Z( q0 T1 {: o
auditors.) v; o( c- ]' `; p5 Z
• Execution of new store openings and implementing new product/program roll outs./ P1 u3 t8 @( c/ |
• Ensure that the labor and production plans are regularly amended to maximize profitability for 5 P3 z8 P5 w# a( W
each location through a combination of sales optimization and waste control.
3 D+ ^" z0 _: `& [4 z% f• Ensure Daily Production Reports, payroll, checklists, and reports are completed accurately for 9 W8 H; z% n1 ^
operational matters.4 H( p; p6 e* d. p0 o' n
• Monthly inventory counts, Quality Assurance and Bento Compliance Audits.: b& V* E2 n+ h2 I
• Additional duties as assigned.
% f, y# K  Q1 X  w$ E% hQualifications
% j* t6 }# E; f& P• Minimum 1 year of food service management experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.  }" W2 j; J- X: S+ z
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
$ H) T+ V! `% c' Z, M0 k• Ability to travel within an assigned region and with a flexible schedule to accommodate
; q9 d( C9 q) Voperational needs.
