Manager your BOWEL MOVEMENT without medications:  m  }# A% I, {: g

Steps:0 Q$ _4 ?0 a% w4 |9 J4 T

   1.  Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet
             
& q3 z/ W- j$ U; b        - such as bran, cereals and whole grains, fruits and vegetables have high fiber      
# L3 J0 j% `9 \6 f2 O1 N   2.  Drink well including plenty of fluids - about eight glasses of water, juice or milk every day
2 j/ v' E0 U; i5 a% _   3.  Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week
