. f* m0 o/ r1 j: F) AAccountabilities:

' e8 h; q* ?8 Q•        Operate within the framework of enterprise architecture and technology standards.
# g' Z+ d% P6 x3 g, N$ ?5 Z•        Work with project teams to build and install infrastructure/application servers.
0 K. t% b% D8 I•        Ensure systems are engineered to meet business service level expectations, as well as corporate I.S. standards
' [. E0 `+ o3 {- c$ a+ j1 M' k% L•        Installation of servers
) f  O% E9 `$ M( Q$ x" w•        Day to day server administration, operation and maintenance (direction provided by Team Lead, Server Support)
•        Provide ‘level 2’ service desk support for the server environment including evening and weekend pager support on a rotational basis.
•        Provide input and act as a resource for related technical infrastructure projects
) `% l6 N2 {1 B8 O! A# |. g•        Conduct problem management for technical problems and issues

' c6 H* L( z  w( V/ eQualifications and Competencies:
/ \# ]% R, L4 a0 t       
•        Minimum 5 years experience within IT environment
2 R$ D' g! G3 o# b9 _•        Broad familiarity of Unix, Windows based server operating systems,  Active Directory,  networking, database,  system management, etc.
  d; ^  n* @4 I/ ]% t) u  z•        Experience with enterprise backup and recovery products
•        Experience with desktop environments  
•        Familiarity with system management tools
' L' L6 F, J1 [& T, x+ e# l2 d•        Familiarity of security management principles
•        Basic networking skills
•        Strong analytical and problem solving skills
! ~6 \" t  J* i6 @5 C0 f# U•        Good communication and interpersonal skills
•        Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
