Position Summary
: p# d6 D+ n/ U6 D4 `3 W  k: FWe are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Counter Representative to join our team. The individual will be responsible for the daily running and management of inbound calls through effective use of resources with responsibility for meeting, and setting, customer service goals. The position requires processing of orders by telephone using the company computer database and parts catalogues as necessary, while performing a variety of duties.
Key Responsibilities
2 P: ]1 u, }0 j, f  X7 ?1 m• Answer inbound calls
• Assist with customer inquiries
• Follow up calls to customers when necessary
% w4 {  b- G/ Z• Check inventory for product availability
# ~! e% [" Y7 A  Z" x3 M5 o• Provide customer service to a high degree
1 E" d$ \: n" s" P3 K% S6 C• Ensure calls are answered in an appropriate manner

: ]2 i# s0 O, D- l/ V# w& X• Experience in the automotive parts or related field.
• Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills.
1 g& l# E4 R) }5 w* M' f- V• Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
4 O$ R* H5 ?* F* R, o• High level of proficiency with strong knowledge of computer database
• Time Management and deadline oriented.
6 ~3 w$ Z& `, A• Ability to multi-task.
% u8 U, L# [% i' U2 _• Strong customer service focus.
8 y6 k% }6 }: k) V+ R   Salary depend on skill and/or experience, ranging from 30K-50K/Year.
