We are seeking a positive and energetic individual to join our well-established accounting and front office business team. The successful candidate must be reliable, self-motivated, possess good judgment and be capable of managing and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
9 F/ z7 Q. }( ^1 z. s4 ]( F' e9 T+ `- Must be mature and possess good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with visitors, tenants, and landlords,
- Read, write, verbal and communicate effectively in English and Chinese,
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and deal with multi-task,
- Plan, organize, and arrange work and work under strict time constraints,
- Strong background and confidence in working with data and numbers,
- Working knowledge of office procedures, Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word, Sage 50, etc…),
- Post journal entries,
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements,
- Prepare trial balance of books,
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports,
- Previous experience working with a database
- Extensive knowledge of handling cash and check and settlements
